Terms of Service

WIC Worker provides access to AI coworkers — virtual agents that perform office and knowledge-work tasks on your behalf (the "Coworkers"). The current roster includes Warden, Patch, Brief, Ledger, Compass, Atlas, Beacon, and Harbor; the roster may change over time. The Service is provided through the Site and any associated interfaces we make available.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

You register with a work email address, a password, and a display name, and you select the Coworker(s) you wish to use.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at wicchains@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent or abusive.

Metered plan. You pay $1.00 USD per active coworker-hour. An "active hour" is time during which a Coworker is actively working on a task for you. Idle time is not billed.

Measurement. Active time is measured by our systems in increments we define (currently per-minute granularity, rounded per session). Your account dashboard shows accrued active time.

Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By paying, you agree to Stripe's terms. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

Authorization. By adding a payment method, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge accrued metered fees. We may require a valid payment method on file before a Coworker begins billable work.

Taxes. Fees are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Disputes. If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact us within 30 days of the charge at wicchains@gmail.com. We will investigate in good faith.

You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation stops future billing. Accrued active hours up to the moment of cancellation remain payable. There are no cancellation fees.

You agree not to:

Interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to reverse-engineer the Coworkers or underlying models except as permitted by law.

Outputs may be inaccurate. Coworkers are AI systems. Their outputs can contain errors, omissions, or "hallucinations." You are responsible for reviewing any output before relying on it.

Not professional advice. Outputs are not legal, financial, tax, medical, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional for such matters.

Your inputs. Do not submit sensitive personal data, credentials, or confidential information you are not authorized to share. You retain ownership of your inputs; you grant us a limited license to process them solely to operate the Service.

The Site, the Service, the Coworker names, branding, and all related software and content (other than your inputs and the outputs generated for you) are owned by WIC CHAIN GLOBAL or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your own internal business purposes. Work product generated by a Coworker at your direction is yours to use, subject to third-party rights that may exist in underlying data or models.

The Service relies on third-party providers, including Stripe for payments and cloud infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of third-party providers, though we select them with reasonable care.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WIC CHAIN GLOBAL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such cases they apply to the fullest extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WIC CHAIN GLOBAL, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your inputs, or your violation of these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and where appropriate we will notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
